Cancellation & Refund Policy
■ Cancellation
・You may cancel your booking up to
24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund.
・Cancellations made within
24 hours of the tour or
no-shows are
non-refundable.
■ Refunds
・If you cancel more than 24 hours before the tour, a
full refund will be issued.
・Please note that
transaction or processing fees may be deducted depending on your payment method.
■ Late Arrival & Early Departure
・No refunds will be provided for
late arrivals or
early departures after the tour begins.
・If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be treated as a
no-show.
■ Cancellations by the Organizer
・If the tour is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances (such as typhoons, earthquakes, or major transportation disruptions), a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.
